This Sunday, 19th October, we are going to have a BBQ in Memorial park.

We need to know how many people want to go so that we know how much food to buy, so please leave a message below if you're coming.


1. Food will be heaps of meat.

2. If you are a veggieMctarian please bring something to cook.

3. Bring your own beer.

4. If you are driving there please can you write where from... So that people can car-pool.

5. Cost of food will be split by all - if you're coming then you pay. No freeloaders!

Provisional time is around 1-5pm. With food cooked around 2pm.

Directions will be provided here nearer the time.

1. I can give a ride. I am also willing to create carpool groups for people who live in or near the medical center area. If anyone is interested leave a reply.

2. How is this payment thing going to work? Everybody bring $5 or something? We should include vegetarian options in the payment - like boca burgers/potatoes/shish kababs. I'm willing to bring enough shish kababs (pineapple, fruits, mushrooms) for everyone

3. If everyone could include if they are vegetarian, that would be great!

4. If anyone has like a soccer ball/ football/ frisbee bring it! I have a cricket bat, but no ball. I don't even know how to play cricket, I won the bat. So if any of you like to play the sport I can bring that.

5. Weather prediction says no rain and 82 degree weather. Maybe the leaves will change colors and there will be a nice dry chill in the air. You know, fall.

Hello Everyone. I need to prepare for test and I have one more event on Sunday. So, I think it'd be great if we decide when exactly we're going to meet. From 3pm-8pm sounds a bit long for me, taking into account that I should prepare for that and travel there and from there. Also, it's ok about no freebees, but approximately how much $ we need to bring with us? Well, my decision depends very much on the issues. Otherwise, I'd like to join you guys.

I will let you know how much it will cost and where in Memorial Park by Friday afternoon. Like Alex said we need to get an estimate of people so to get an estimate in costs and such.

ALSO the event will start at around 3 pm but you don't have to stay until 8 pm. That was a guess of the most possible latest time. You can leave whenever you wish. Hopefully the food will be ready by 4-5 pm(?).

This is a relax social event, where good people can talk and eat good food.

I just found out i won't be moving this weekend so i'll be there with one guest. Like i said before i can bring napkins and plastic cups and some plastic plates. depending on how many people end up going, i may not have enough plates, so maybe someone else has extra plates too?
