For anyone who didn't get the BBQ follow up email, here is the content:

"Hey guys,
So here's the size up for this awesome barbeque:

Cost: $10 (it's probably going to be less than that for sure, but just in case - we'll have change)

Where: At the Picnic Loop next to the Ball Field and across from the Memorial Park Golf Course (take a left when coming from 610)

Time: The event will start at 3 pm on Sunday and will last as long as you want it to last (after eating of course)

What can I bring: Whatever food you wish to bring and share, your own beer, yourself (and friends)

Who's cooking?: Alejandro will be doing a sort of Argentinian style of barbeque (chicken, sausages, steaks) and Miguel said he will be helping

So what I need you guys to do is just to respond to this email so to get a head count so we know how much food to buy.
All the "maybes" let me know if you are thinking you will most likely show up or not.

Those bringing guests, include the number of people in the reply.

Those who need a ride, we have many willing drivers so include it in your reply and your address. We'll get you a ride.

So if you're not using the gmail calendar invite application, email Sumiyyah if you're going, and if you're bringing anyone or anything, by tonight so that she can get a final head count, so that Miguel and Alejandro can get enough meat for the BBQ.
